$200 Non-refundable Booking Deposit
Reserves the date and applies toward the rental balance.
$250 refundable damage/security deposit
May apply to facility rentals.
4-hour rental window
Includes all decorating/setup, celebration time, teardown, and cleanup.
Maximum Capacity: 49 total guests
Including adults and children.
Outside food is welcome for DIY rentals.
Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
